Job summary

Aritzia in New Jersey is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the team responsible for curating merchandise flow, supervising movement of goods from distribution centers to stores and clients, and ensuring optimal stock levels.

You will collaborate with store operations, visual merchandising, and supply chain to maintain accuracy, improve processes, and deliver a seamless retail experience while fostering development opportunities for your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to efficiently and accurately process shipments to/from distribution centres, stores and clients.
• Strategically place product in back room to balance stock and maintain ideal quantities.
• Uphold product display standards and ensure correct stock levels per merchandising plan.
• Enable cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support seamless retail operations including window installations, fittings, supplies and technology support.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the team to support business objectives.
