Aritzia is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the team responsible for moving merchandise through distribution centers and stores, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain optimal stock levels. You will coach staff and align operations with merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
• Strategically place products in the back room for balance and stock levels.
• Uphold merchandising standards and stock levels per placement plan.
• Enable cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support store operations including window installations, fitting rooms, supplies and equipment management, and tech support.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the team.
