Job Responsibilities
  1. Monitor LPG cylinder stock levels in the warehouse.
  2. Place orders for replenishments to maintain adequate inventory.
  3. Manage the overall supply chain for the LPG cylinder delivery project.
  4. Handle the ordering and receiving of inventory from the bottling plant.
  5. Track both empty and filled cylinders within the warehouse.
  6. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for seamless inventory flow.
  7. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
  8. Generate regular reports on inventory status for management.
  9. Work towards optimizing stock levels to meet demand effectively.
  10. Collect the payment (of new empty cylinder and gas) from drivers as cash/card slips.
  11. Reconcile payment against the day’s operation and maintain the same on register and get endorsed from the Project Manager.
  12. Generate the manual slip for payment submission in the bank.
  13. Manage invoices of delivered cylinders according to the payment received.
  14. Update & reconcile daily record before leaving the warehouse.
  15. Submit the whole day selling amount in the company provided bank account before closing of the bank; if the bank is closed then submit the payment on next day morning.
  16. Keep the record at a safe place at the plant.
Conditions
  1. Job Hours: 8 am to 8 pm (12 Hours)
  2. Must have a smartphone and internet access.
  3. Must have their own transportation.
  4. Only applicants from KPK and Gilgit Baltistan should apply.
