Job summary

Precision Door Service is hiring a Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distributing inventory, and for acting as a liaison between technicians, vendors, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly. Duties include cycle counts, will-call coordination, loading and unloading, forklift operations, safety compliance, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, warehouse, and distribute inventory per procedures.
• Perform 3-way match of received orders.
• Coordinate will-call pickups and returns.
• Inspect shipments for damage or incompleteness.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct physical counts.
• Assist managers, technicians, and installers when needed.
• Load/unload and stage doors for service teams.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and vehicles are safe and functional.
• Support fleet vehicle coordination as required.
