Job summary

Les Olson Company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to keep our operations organized and efficient. You’ll pull supplies for technicians, ship items to customers, and maintain inventory accuracy, including daily counts and both physical and virtual records.

duties include receiving shipments, storing items, and serving as backup delivery driver as needed; use picking sheets and scanners for equipment pulls and setups, with a start time around 8:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and scanning.
• Strong self-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable work approach.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Great attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Physically able to lift 50–125 lbs during shifts.
• 1 year of warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently.
• Pull supplies and orders for technicians and drivers.
• Receive and store incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
• Update inventory records and participate in counts.
• Back up delivery driver for urgent or overflow deliveries.
• Use picking sheets and scanners for equipment pull and setup.
