Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Richardson, TX is hiring skilled Inventory Kitting Specialists who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and learning on the job. You’ll receive, verify, and stock materials and assemble upgrade kits for outbound delivery.

Shifts run 7:00am–3:30pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, or 11:00pm–7:30am with OT available; pay starts at $19/hour with higher tiers for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will be verified.
• 6–12+ months of material handling experience preferred.
• Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Background checks including criminal history and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock raw materials; manage packaging and shelf life.
• Keep counts precise; handle rotation, part IDs, and lot tracking.
• Sort, inspect, and verify warranty status for returned goods.
• Record inventory transactions for receipts and deliveries.
• Assemble, configure, and pack upgrade kits for outbound delivery.
