Crystal Clean LLC is seeking an Inventory Operator to manage site inventory with accuracy and efficiency. You will scan, track, and report materials, maintain stock levels, and support data-driven inventory improvements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and familiar with inventory principles, material handling, and safety protocols. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate Scanning and Tracking using handheld scanners and software.
• Record and reconcile discrepancies; ensure real-time data logging.
• Generate regular reports and assist with inventory analysis.
• Monitor stock levels against min/max and trigger replenishment.
• Support forecasting with input from sales/production teams.
