G&D Integrated is seeking an Inventory Grief Analyst to coordinate material flow, inventory management, and packaging quality updates. The role maintains relationships with customers and teams while intermittently moving materials with a sit-down forklift.

The position includes crane certification and routine inspection of materials before packaging. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong computer skills; prior manufacturing/distribution experience is preferred.

• Advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and routine database activity.
• One year of experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution environment preferred.

The Inventory Grief Analyst position is responsible for coordinating material flow, inventory management and reconciliation as well as maintaining quality packaging updates. This position is responsible for the material management function relating to quality, control, and distribution of materials and products. This position will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and positive relationship between the customer and the team. The Inventory Grief Analyst will occasionally move material throughout the warehouse with the use of a sit down forklift or power pallet jack.

Primary Job Duties:

• Act as primary customer liaison responding regularly to quality/grief issues.
• Use internal and external systems to log receiving and inventory issues.
• Complete root cause and corrective action for discrepancies.
• Monitor and appropriately handle material direction for quality issues.
• Operate sit down forklift.
• Certify on and occasionally use the overhead crane.
• Inspect material in various stages prior to packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Word (including: Email, Excel and Routine Database Activity etc.).
• One year of experience in Manufacturing/Distribution environment preferred

Shift: 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr
