Buywander is seeking a Product Grading Associate (Part Time) in Portland, OR to efficiently process inventory using a smartphone app. You will open boxes, scan barcodes, document item conditions with descriptions and photos, reseal boxes, and attach company SKUs.

The role requires attention to detail and reliability in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include data entry accuracy, following procedures, and meeting daily quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Use smartphone application and scanner to scan barcodes on boxes.
• Open boxes and match items to entries in the application.
• Describe the condition of each item and take photographs for documentation.
• Reseal boxes and attach company SKUs.
• Maintain data accuracy in the app and ensure proper item documentation.
