General Fasteners Company in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Inventory & Fulfillment Associate. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining an organized work environment.

The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and performing cycle counts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
