Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Tampa Commissary Warehouse. You will receive, inspect, label, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper inventory control. Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all facility protocols.

Responsibilities include FIFO storage for perishables, order picking, and reporting discrepancies. Training may be provided for pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Some client locations require a valid driver’s license; MVR may be run.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products, applying FIFO for perishables.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts if trained.
• Pick inventory to fulfill orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products within the warehouse and client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts and maintain records.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies (OSHA, PPE).
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, and guests as required.
