Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking team members for Freight/Receiving roles. You will help keep the store stocked and ready for customers, load and unload trucks, and move items from the receiving area through the store. Some positions require direct customer interaction and strong service skills.

Occasional forklift operation may be required, and emphasis is placed on accuracy of pricing and on-hands inventory. Growth opportunities exist within the Freight team.

Qualifications

• Freight/Receiving associates must be able to load and unload trucks.
• Excellent customer service skills are required for some roles.
• Forklift operation may be needed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day.
• Load and unload trucks, move material from receiving area throughout the store.
• Direct customer interaction is frequently required; provide strong service.
