Responsibilities

• Consult to drive optimizations and resolve business process issues.
• Collaborate with users to improve understanding and resolve system issues.
• Train end users on system enhancements and efficiencies.
• Provide project support across Supply Chain and IT.
• Rapid response to system issues and coaching leaders.
• Gather feedback to make system enhancement recommendations.
