Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a finance professional to validate supplier charge-back claims, track them through the approval process, and analyze inventories across Manufacturing Operations. The role supports annual budgeting, forecasting for project expenses, asset disposals, capitalization, and depreciation.

The candidate will resolve intercompany disputes, perform trend analyses, and oversee MLM projects including capital spending and disposals, while reconciling asset disposal proceeds and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relative professional experience, including Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and analyzing of data.
• Experience with downloading and analyzing data from SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial validation of supplier charge-back claims based on supporting evidence for plants and sites.
• Track charge-back claims through the system to ensure timely approvals from involved groups.
• Consolidate and analyze productive and non-productive inventories for Manufacturing Operations.
• Consolidate and explain WIP and RM inventory variances.
• Develop MLM's annual budget and forecast for project expense, asset disposal proceeds, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Resolve related party intercompany billing disputes.
• Complete trend analysis and OneStream reconciliations.
• Manage MLM projects including capital spending, capitalization, and project disposals.
• Reconcile rack and container disposal proceeds.
• Prepare annual analytics evidencing existence of rack and container assets.

This position is responsible for:

• Provide financial validation of supplier charge-back claims based on supporting evidence for assembly plants and manufacturing sites
• Track the charge-back claims through the system to ensure timely approval by the various groups in the process
• Consolidate and analyze the productive and non-productive inventories for all of Manufacturing Operations
• Consolidate and explain Work-In-Process (WIP) and Raw Material (RM) Inventory variances
• The development of Corporate MLM's Annual Budget and financial forecast for Project Expense, Rack/Container Asset Disposal proceeds, Capitalization, and Depreciation
• Resolve related party intercompany billing disputes
• Complete Trend Analysis, OneStream reconciliations
• Manage MLM projects (capital spending, capitalization, closing projects and disposals)
• Reconcile rack and container disposal proceeds
• Annual preparation of analytics to evidence existence of rack and container assets

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
