Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Billings, MT to pack/unpack, store, inspect, and ship stock items. You will count items, label, and ensure accurate inventory records while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience, a high school diploma with mechanical basics, and ability to read blueprints. Competitive hourly pay with bonus potential and strong safety culture are offered.

• Ability to understand Blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to lift and move components and equipment as required.
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilités

• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Receive and count stock items and record data manually or using computer.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.
• Provide assistance or direction to other stockrooms, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
• Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
• Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Compile, review, and maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of MRL Equipment
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives.
• Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned.
• Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements

Pay Transparency:

• Anticipated starting wage: $22 per hour DOE + Bonus Opportunity
