Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will handle materials, maintain records, and help ensure accuracy and safety in all processes, with emphasis on cycle counts and ERP-based transactions.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift capability is preferred, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules. Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle ERP will help you optimize workflow and maintain inventory

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP).
2–4 years of cycle count or inventory control experience in a high-tech industry.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site using manual and mechanized methods.
Prepare goods for shipment by packing, strapping, and wrapping materials securely.
Perform system transactions using ERP software to track inventory movements.
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in resolving inventory discrepancies.
Unpack and inspect goods received, comparing them with purchase orders or invoices.
Reject and document items that do not meet quality standards.
Store materials safely on pallets, racks, and shelves.
