Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate at Sparrows Point, MD. You will participate in daily activities and operations, including cycle counting, quality audits, inventory fulfillment, and process improvement. Lift truck operation and related manual tasks are required.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized warehouse, moving merchandise, and supporting space planning for efficient storage. Proficiency with handheld devices and powered equipment is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• 1 year of Inventory Control and/or Quality Assurance experience preferred.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in shelves, pallets, and workstations.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers and pallet locations.
• Assist with space planning for storage areas and efficient layout.
• Use handheld computers to receive daily tasks and track inventory.
• Operate powered equipment to move inventory in trailers and racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Participate in the daily activities and operations of the Under Armour Distribution House. Perform multiple functions including cycle counting, quality audits, inventory fulfillment, inventory research, and process improvement. Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders

Your Impact

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas
• Utilize hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Use powered equipment to retrieve and place inventory and non-inventory in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent
• Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification
• 1 year of Inventory Control and/or Quality Assurance experience preferred

Base Compensation

$20.10- $23.60
