Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for a Material Handler in Eagan, MN for a global leader in the marine recreation and technology industry.

You will receive and count stock, pack and unpack items, verify inventory, and store items; requirements include a high school diploma, 2–4 years of experience, strong communication, problem solving, team orientation, and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Pay is $20.78/hour, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
