Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate load documentation while upholding GMP, food safety, and quality standards.

You will oversee inventory control activities, generate reports, and collaborate with transportation, quality, and customer service teams to meet schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years in a lead warehouse role preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; inventory software experience (WMS); SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments based on load and shipment complexity.
• Populate schedule with PO/Order references and required information.
• Coordinate with transportation and carriers on scheduling, misses, reschedules, or delays.
• Provide appointment details, directions and load information to stakeholders.
• Check in/out drivers and ensure all documentation is correct.
• Assist with inventory control activities as needed.
• Generate documents (Bill of Lading, COAs, pack lists) for shipments.
