Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role is crucial in ensuring timely execution of product allocations and effective inventory management. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Relex daily, weekly, monthly workflows.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions for root cause.
• Manage inventory to achieve targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders including metrics.
• Consult with team on vendor efficiency programs.
• Develop a plan for overstocks in collaboration with Merchandising.
• Work with suppliers and various departments on product issues.
• Stay informed on supplier issues affecting sales.
• Provide timely communication related to inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with Forecast Analysts on forecast variance.
