Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, administrative, or data entry experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred Heavy Job software or construction-related inventory systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain inventory data in Heavy Job and other systems.
• Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Import/export inventory data between systems and programs.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized inventory records per procedures.
• Support warehouse, procurement, fleet, and operations with inquiries.
• Generate and distribute inventory reports to leadership and teams.
• Assist with process improvements for tracking, reporting, and system usage.
• Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control standards.
