Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Cycle Counter for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-2:00 PM) to maintain accurate in-house inventory counts. You will count components, enter data via RF scanner, and support shipping/receiving in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include meeting daily counts, adhering to safety and company policies, communicating shortages or damages, and operating material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred (manufacturing/DC environment).
• Strong computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in a timely manner.
• Count accurately and enter data via RF scanner.
• Physically count components and correlate with in-house inventory.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies.
• Inform personnel of shortages/overages, damages, and thefts.
• Learn and adhere to OMS inventory processes.
• Meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts on time.
• Adapt to change and perform other tasks, including different shifts/buildings.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of locations; identify improvement opportunities.
• Operate order pickers and pallet jacks as needed for cycle counts.
