Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories in Woodward is seeking a Cycle Counter to manage inventory counts, input daily counts, and prepare balance and variance reports. You will communicate shortages to Materials Management and maintain accuracy with focused attention to detail.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and scanners, pulling data from Excel, and supporting the yearly physical inventory. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory or healthcare setting preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate cycle counts on a daily basis.
• Accurately input daily counts in designated systems.
• Prepares various reports such as inventory balances and variance reports.
• Prepare & Communicate Inventory to Supervisors utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Perform various counts investigations.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count and adjust errors or investigate discrepancies.
• Operate various equipment including forklifts, scanners, and computers.
• Lift parts and containers that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory and communicate issues to management.
