Paycom - ATS in Odessa, TX is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of material receipts, transfers, and issues. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety rules in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklift and pallet jack, assist in receiving and put-away processes, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse while supporting a flexible team that keeps materials flowing efficiently.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Cycle count materials on a daily basis or as scheduled.
• Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations.
• Assist in receiving and put away process.
• Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
