Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter in our North Carolina distribution center to perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate records. You will operate RF equipment and PITs, follow procedures, and perform slot checks to support SOX compliance and inventory accuracy.

Required is a High School diploma and relevant warehouse experience; the role offers benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off for eligible employees.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for performing daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records within the distribution center. The Cycle Counter plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience

Relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PIT), and other warehouse tools (or willingness to learn).

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 60 pounds. Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F – 95F). Ability to encompass heights. Frequent bending and kneeling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Work Experience

1 year of inventory experience minimum in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.50 - $26.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
