Job summary

Golden Goose in Dallas North Park is seeking a dedicated Stock Keeper to maintain optimal inventory and support the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• Stock management experience; prior retail/customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluency in local language.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Comfort with physical elements of the job (lifting, standing, ladder).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and make them feel part of the Golden Community.
• Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals, manage packing for shipments/returns, and perform stock checks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment and share information.
• Assist in all store activities including sales and stock-related tasks.
• Convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients with authenticity.
• Understand Golden Goose products and share the brand’s projects with customers.
• Maintain store presentation and visual standards, ensuring products align with the brand image.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory management, and health & safety standards.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
