Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring inventory auditors to count retail merchandise around Chester, VA, offering both career and part‑time opportunities. Join a team where motivated staff move up into supervisory roles.

We provide paid training, flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour, with raises based on productivity and additional duties such as driving or pharmacy counting; travel to sites within about 30 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
