Job summary

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) invites motivated individuals in the Tampa, FL area to join as Inventory Counter / Auditor. These positions can be either part-time or a career track, emphasizing accuracy, reliability, and friendly customer service during counts of retail merchandise.

We offer paid training and the opportunity for advancement. Starting pay is $15.00+ per hour depending on experience, with raises based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with 10-key data entry is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation within 30 miles of the district office.
• Willingness to travel to multiple inventory sites as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Count retail merchandise at assigned inventory sites.
• Travel to different cities within the district as scheduled.
• Operate counting and basic data-entry tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in inventory reporting.

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Tampa, FL area. Our highly motivated employees move up in the company and make great managers.

We Offer:

• Paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for advancement for our highly productive team members. Most of our managers began their career as inventory auditors.
• Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.
• Starting pay is $15.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.
• Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.

Position Requirements:

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
