Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring Inventory Counter / Auditor positions in Monroe, NC. We seek motivated, customer-friendly team members for part-time or career-ready roles with opportunities for advancement. Training is provided, and transportation expenses may be covered for inventories outside a 30-mile radius.

Starting pay is $15.00+ per hour, with increases based on experience and responsibilities. Shifts may be first or third and require travel between district sites.

Qualifications

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites within 30 miles of district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and requires travel to sites when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping to count merchandise from top to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Offer of employment contingent on an approved MVR and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Count retail merchandise accurately at assigned sites.
• Support inventory control processes and data accuracy.
• Assist with counting in pharmacies where applicable.
• Travel to multiple city locations within the district as scheduled.

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Monroe, NC area. We Offer:

• Paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for advancement for our highly productive team members. Most of our managers began their career as inventory auditors.
• Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.
• Starting pay is $15.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.
• Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.

Position Requirements:

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Offer of employment contingent on an approved Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and the ability to drive and operate a company vehicle.
