Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring Inventory Counter/Auditor to join our Columbus, OH team. You will count retail merchandise, travel to different city inventory sites, and support accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour, with raises based on productivity and additional duties. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available, with paid training and transportation provided for certain inventories.

• 10-key data entry experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory at retail sites in Columbus, OH area.
• Travel between district office and inventory sites as scheduled.

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Columbus, OH area. Our highly motivated employees move up in the company and make great managers.

Inventory Counter / Auditor

• Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.
• Starting pay is $16.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.
• Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.

Position Requirements:

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
