Job summary

Wilsonart in Dallas is seeking an Inventory Coordinator I to maintain records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform pre-inventory coordination, coordinate rack movements, and support the department with system adjustments, counts, and reconciliations. High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of distribution experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and word processors/spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow directions and learn inventory control principles.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive returns and inspect materials for disposition.
• Coordinate bin movements and rack layout with the department.
• Prepare for inventory by tagging, sorting, and pre-counting.
• Assist with system adjustments and shortages as needed.
