Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the Traditions team in Pear, MS. The role focuses on maintaining inventory records, quantities, locations and value to ensure items are available for production.

You will pick from pick sheets, stage products, move finished meals to the correct locations, and conduct quality checks while handling backflush duties. RAMCO/ERP knowledge is a plus, and forklift experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must-haves: Excellent attention to detail and math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Picks product from pick sheet and stage product to assigned location for production usage.
• Run finished meals to assigned location after meal has been completed.
• Return left-over material from production day; systematically (RAMCO) & physically to the Warehouse/cooler/freezer.
• Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function or assignment.
• Perform and complete backflush process, and all duties associated in systematically completing backflush.
