Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving. You will perform daily cycle counts, post transactions, and ensure proper labeling and packaging of materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• MRP system and scanner experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry and general computer systems.
• Extreme attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong interaction skills with customers, vendors and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team and tolerate overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, packaging and non‑conforming items.
• Post inventory transactions accurately when moving products.
• Package and label items correctly per policies.
• Maintain correct locations in the warehouse and work cells.
• Inspect products for defects; report damage or missing inventory.
• Assist operations, engineering and customer service with locating materials.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack or similar equipment as needed.
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Support organization and 6S housekeeping of the facility.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company safety policies.

Inventory Coordinator

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing processes for our warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Performing cycle counts daily for materials such as raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and non‑conforming materials.
• Responsible for accurately posting transactions when moving products.
• Package and label items correctly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure materials in the warehouse and work cell areas are in the correct location and packaged appropriately.
• Inspect products for defects or damage. Report damage or missing inventory to the inventory control specialist or management team.
• Assist operations, engineering, sales, and customer service in locating materials and ensure parts are transacted properly when moved.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed.
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Assist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility (6S Practices).
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• MRP System and scanner experience, preferred.
• Experience with data entry and general use on computer systems.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift medium weight up to 50 lbs.
• May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations.
• Ability to climb ladders safely.
• May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
