Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Tulsa, OK. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM. You will manage deliveries, restock supplies, and maintain an organized stockroom to support clinical and laboratory operations.

The role requires basic computer skills and attention to detail, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse or stockroom experience is preferred to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient processes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year or more of warehouse or stockroom experience.
  • 1 year or more of inventory and cycle counts experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and verify deliveries from packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Ensure all workstations are properly stocked on a daily basis.
  • Restock unused supplies or return to main warehouse.
  • Monitor and distribute lab coats to staff as required.
  • Receive and process stock into inventory management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom.
  • Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
  • Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory.
