Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Washington state is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inbound appointments, SAP receiving, pack plans, and document handling in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months related experience, and forklift certification. Proficiency in Word/Excel and SAP is required; MSDOS/WMS training will be provided.

• Receives all inbounds into SAP system, checks all documents such as COA, pack slips, scale tickets and other paperwork related to the receiving of the inbounds.
• Scans/files all related incoming documents per month.
• Keeps area clean and orderly in accordance with GMPs.
• Builds and promotes a strong Teamwork environment in each individual work.

About The Role.

The McCain Inventory Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties such as Daily pack-plan updates, Scheduling inbound appointments, receiving materials and ingredients in SAP systems and other SAP related tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing.

• Performs inbound appointments using E2Open Transportation management system for Materials and Ingredients.
• Tracks pack plan and changes made by production/scheduler.
• Communicates new pack plan and other changes to Dry Supply drivers and updates daily pack plan for Drivers to follow.
• Receives all inbounds into SAP system, checks all documents such as COA, pack slips, scale tickets and other paperwork related to the receiving of the inbounds.
• Scans/files all related incoming documents per month.
• Keeps area clean and orderly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• and helps to build and promote a strong “Teamwork” environment in each individual work.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful.

• Communicates material shortages, late loads and all inventory discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Gives crew members regular pack plan guidance and inventory documents with locations and amounts needed to complete pack plan run.
• Complete all paperwork after receiving all materials and ingredients.
• Uses SAP system to complete inventory counts and movements.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required and six (6) to twelve (12) months related experience and/or training;
• Must have experience in Word, Excel, SAP.
• Experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn MSDOS/WMS program upon hire.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Must possess or have the ability to successfully obtain a valid McCain Foods Forklift Operator’s License.

Compensation Package

: - Starting at $22.70 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
