Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator / Stocking Clerk in Lenox, MI. This part-time role focuses on stocking shelves, assisting customers with product knowledge, and supporting merchandising efforts to ensure a great shopping experience.

You will move products from pallets to shelves, manage backstock, dispose of cardboard, and work with leadership to keep areas timely and organized. Overnight shifts are required, with opportunities for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry level stocking clerk focused on customer service and merchandising.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers as needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
