Job summary

Stratasys is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN to support daily inventory control, counts, and data integrity. You’ll partner with Warehousing, Production, Planning and Logistics to maintain timely stock movements on the production floor.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in supply chain, 2+ years in warehousing or inventory control, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Travel is limited; the position is on-site at Eden Prairie/Plymouth sites with a first shift.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Willing to operate at Eden Prairie, MN site and Plymouth, MN warehouse.
• 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• 2 years’ experience in inventory control or coordination roles.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong communication and execution skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Document inventory movements and reconcile basic discrepancies.
• Record transactions in ERP and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Provide backup for receiving and other warehouse functions.
• Support material flow between production lines as needed.
• Assist with labeling, documentation and data entry related to inventory.
• Participate in process improvement under supervision.

Inventory Coordinator supports daily inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and integrity. This role performs inventory counts, documents transactions, and supports material flow across the production floor while partnering with Warehousing, Production, Planning, and Logistics to maintain timely and accurate inventory movement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities
• Document inventory movements and assist with identifying basic discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP system Support inventory team in maintaining inventory organization and accuracy
• Escalate unresolved or recurring inventory issues to the Senior Inventory Coordinator or manager
• Support inventory-related projects or events as directed
• Support warehouse operations in receiving, putaway, picking, other as necessary
• Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas, including production floor inventory locations
• Follow established inventory procedures and quality standards
• Assist with labeling, documentation, and basic data entry related to inventory
• Participate in process improvement activities under the guidance of the Inventory Coordinator or Supervisor
• Provide backup support for receiving and other warehouse functions as needed
• Support material flow by moving inventory to and from production lines as requested
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Attend required training and contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Must Have For This Role

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or another related field
• Willing to support operations at Eden Prairie, MN production site and Plymouth, MN warehouse
• Able to operate powered lift equipment to support counts and investigations
• +2 years’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility
• 2 years’ experience in inventory control or other coordination positions
• Proficient in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams with excellent communication skills, and execution skills
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Have

• APICS Certification
• Experience with Oracle Inventory Modules
• Experience operating powered lift equipment
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP proficient, Oracle proficient

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $22to $27, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
