  • Support purchase order creation and tracking related to inventory replenishment.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy to Operations leadership.
  • Ensure work orders and inventory transactions in the ERP are completed and closed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Serve as Dial's internal point of contact for ERP issues.Intake and track issues raised by employees and route them to our outside ERP consultant or to other available support resources. This role coordinates and tracks ERP issues but is not responsible for resolving them.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on-site for our outside IT provider. On an occasional basis, this role assists with remotely directed troubleshooting and is not responsible for resolving IT issues.
  • Other related projects related to ERP and technology as directed by Operations Manager or General Manager.
