Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to keep our warehouse organized and our technicians equipped. This role supports purchasing with reorder recommendations and tracks equipment usage.

You will perform cycle counts, maintain records in our inventory system, and coordinate with vendors on orders and returns while upholding safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with inventory management or ERP software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Accurate basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts.
• Restock and organize warehouse and truck stock.
• Track equipment and tool assignments.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders and returns.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory management software and records.
• Support purchasing with reorder recommendations.
• Ensure warehouse safety and organization standards are met.
