Job summary

LeanTeq, a division of EnPro Industries, seeks a Warehouse Associate in Milpitas, CA to manage daily inventory, receive, inspect, and ship parts, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will operate forklifts, drive delivery vehicles when needed, and maintain accurate records using barcode systems, ensuring quality and timely customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in inventory control.
• 1-2 years in receiving and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating forklifts and small delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on ladders.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, track, and ship inventory accurately.
• Perform inspections and document using barcode systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders.
• Drive company trucks to pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile stock.
• Process returns, inventory adjustments, and invoices.
• Order inventory with purchasing department.
• Monitor discrepancies and support loss prevention.
• Conduct quality checks meeting ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare reports for supervisors and management.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties as needed.
• Collaborate with production to meet delivery schedules.
