Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking a warehouse assistant to coordinate transfers, receive and ship materials, and support daily logistics operations. The role requires accurate documentation, basic data entry, and teamwork across departments. You will operate transfer equipment and help maintain data integrity within SAP.

When the Warehouse Supervisor is away, you may lead a small team and continue critical tasks to ensure timely material flow. This is a full-time, on-site position in Florence, KY.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate physical and electronic transfers.
• Experience in receiving and shipping documentation.
• Proficient with SAP data integrity and related processes.
• Strong numeric and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to supervise a small team in absence of supervisor.
• Good PC skills and Windows-based software literacy.

Working hours for this position are Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and in some cases executes physical and electronic transfers of materials of received goods as well as the sorting and shipping of material planned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Completes receiving and/or shipping documents as necessary.
• Operates material transfer equipment.
• Promotes integrity of SAP data through use of established processes and procedures of electronic material transfer.
• Interacts with other functional areas to assure that material is received, distributed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner as required.
• Leads group of Warehouse clerks, when Warehouse Supervisor is not present.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
