Job summary

A leading engineering and plant construction firm is looking for an Inventory Control specialist in Calvert, AL. The successful candidate will manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure proper use of materials and tools. With a high school diploma and related experience preferred, this role offers training for crane and forklift certification. The position comes with a full range of benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience in a steel maintenance repair facility.
• Ability to safely use ForkLift, Overhead Crane, Jib Crane, Bander, Pallet Truck, Hand Tools.
• Driver’s license is needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues parts and specialty hand tools.
• Maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.
• Updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
