Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC in Baltimore seeks a Warehouse Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, receiving, storage, issuing and shipping activities, while supporting daily warehouse operations. Job Description Summary
Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, quality control, or related warehouse operations

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in the facility’s primary language

  • Basic math and computer skills required

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in an ambient warehouse environment (temperatures may reach up to ~100F depending on the season)

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40 lbs regularly

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels
