Qualifications

• 1 year experience in administrative or responsible work enabling knowledge of retail operations.
• 1 year experience in retail store operations processes and inventory control in a computerized environment.
• Substitution: half a year of study above high school may substitute for every 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise under the guidance of a Replenishment Manager outlining objectives.
• Research using the SIM system to resolve errors in store processes including receipts, transfers, replenishment, shipments, and returns.
• Ensure completed work meets objectives, technical accuracy, and clear communication to correct problems.
• Assist with the execution and compliance with the Perpetual Inventory Management SOP.
• Assist with the execution and compliance with the Planogram Integrity SOP.
• Assist with annual and year-end inventories and reconciliations.
