Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Technician for evening shifts in Hazle Township, PA. The role involves compiling and maintaining records of physical and virtual inventories, managing data from orders, and ensuring accurate stock levels throughout the facility.

You will perform cycle counts, handle damages and adjustments, and assist in physical inventories while working in a regulated warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius) or hot storage up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Perform cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
• Review stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other references to verify shipping orders.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.

Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility.
