PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, is seeking an Inventory Technician to process requests, pull and deliver stock to ordering departments, and handle special orders. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced team setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in inventory/manufacturing, forklift certification, and strong communication and reporting abilities. This on-site position offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing/inventory control.
• Certification on Powered Industrial Trucks/pallet jacks.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operations manual).
• Ability to write reports and perform basic arithmetic.
• General warehouse/logistics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries into inventory from suppliers.
• Pick and stage orders for internal needs.
• Perform duties with safety and accuracy in a fast-paced team environment.
• Participate in general warehousing tasks as assigned.
