Job summary

Helion Energy, Inc. in Everett, WA, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Technician to support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and propose process improvements, reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor at our Everett headquarters. Ideal candidates have experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS/ERP/MES and Excel, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

Helion is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Technicianto support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for executing daily cycle counts, researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and improving inventory workflows through warehouse organization and defragmentation. You will report directly to our Inventory Control Supervisor at our headquarters in Everett, WA.

You Will:

• Complete daily cycle counts across assigned warehouse areas


• Research, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies


• Submit completed counts, findings, and recommendations to the Inventory Control Manager


• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recurring issues


• Support inventory workflow optimization and warehouse defragmentation efforts

Required Skills:

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field


• Comfortable working with inventory systems (WMS/ERP/MES) and Excel


• Analytical problem-solving and root cause investigation skills


• Ability to lift 20 lbs
