Mills Fleet Farm is seeking an Inventory Control Team Member to uphold accuracy across receiving, backroom and yard areas, performing audits, cycle counts, and item resolution to ensure inventory integrity while supporting store teammates and customers.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Microsoft Office, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Inventory Control Team Member will provide a friendly and efficient customer experience by ensuring inventory adjustments, item resolution, inventory audits, and cycle counts are routinely conducted. The Inventory Control Team Member will assist the store and our customers by maintaining accurate inventory.
