Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a Stocking Associate at Walmart Supercenter #3716 in Plaza Monte Real, Manatí, PR. Part-time role with shifts available. You will unload trucks, stock freight, and work mostly in the backroom.

Must be capable of lifting over 50 pounds and may operate forklifts where required. A take-home opportunity to grow within a large retailer is offered.

Hourly Wage: $13 - $26 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
