Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee returns and inventory flows. You will direct the returns crew, monitor stock, and produce reports to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience required.
  • Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred.
  • Food service industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
  • Microsoft Office experience a must, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Data entry (10-key by touch) skills required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse RF system and using an RF scanner.
  • Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
  • Able to read product lists and packages
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle product weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to repetitively lift
  • Ability to learn to operate heavy warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Must have normal use of shoulders, arms, wrist, hands, feet and legs
  • Must be able to work in different warehouse temperature zones.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery horns)
